About the Role:
ACARI Management Group Inc is looking for a driven and experienced SBE Manager & Workforce to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to lead small business enterprise initiatives and workforce development efforts within a dynamic and growing organization. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Small Business Enterprise (SBE) programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with SBE subcontractors, vendors, and community partners
- Monitor and track SBE participation goals, reporting progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Lead workforce development initiatives, including recruitment, training, and retention strategies
- Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to integrate SBE and workforce goals into project planning
- Prepare and submit compliance reports, documentation, and certifications related to SBE and workforce programs
- Identify and resolve issues related to SBE subcontractor performance and workforce utilization
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SBE compliance, workforce development, or a related program management role
- Strong knowledge of small business enterprise regulations and government contracting requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing subcontractor relationships and monitoring compliance metrics
- Proficiency in reporting tools and documentation management systems
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
